Guitar playing

I played guitar as a teenager but gave it up for many years. I recently treated myself to a new electric guitar and a couple of acoustics and started to play again. I have found that the Internet is a treasure trove of material to help with learning the guitar. Here are just some of the useful things I have found.
Robert Renman is a talented guitarist who publishes video lessons and other guitar related stuff on his site. He takes you through each lesson showing you what to play and how to play it.
Ultimate-Guitar.com is a site that publishes tabs for guitar. It is the best tab site I have found and includes tabs in Guitar Pro format.
Guitar Pro is a music editor program. You can download a tab and play it to learn a tune. You can also tab tunes yourself by using the score writing features. It is very intuitive and easy to use and teaches you musical concepts as you work in getting what you have written to sound right.
Transcribe! from Seventh String Software is a program which allows you to record a tune and play it (or bits of it) to help transcribe the recorded music. It includes the ability to slow down the music without changing its pitch.
